Shipping Rates

You have the option to get your order shipped via Canada Post or via a Courier.

All orders must be age verified.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. (within business days)

In most cases, orders will be shipped that day as long as the order comes in before 3pm.

All rates are based on order totals before taxes.

Canada Post service

All orders over $150.00 before taxes will receive a free shipping option.

All orders under $150.00 before taxes will be shipped at a flat rate of $15.00.

Age Verification via Canada Post

If you have an in store account, age verification on shipments is not required.

If you do not have an in store account, the order will be shipped with age verification requirements.

You will have to pickup your order from the Post office and present your ID.

You can also email us a copy of your Driver's License. (contactus@cigvape.ca)

(The name on the Driver's License must match the name on the order.)

Once we verify your age, we can ship your order without age verification.

Courier to your Door service

All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $20.00.

Age Verification via Courier

If you have an in store account, age verification on shipments is not required.

If you do not have an in store account, age verification must be established before the order can be shipped.

Once we verify your age, we can ship your order.

If we do not receive age verification, your order will be shipped via Canada Post with age verification requirements.
